(equivalent to Quali C ascorbic acid 500mg, 18mg citrus bioflavonoids, and 222mg phospholipids from the liposomal bilayer) 
Other Ingredients: Magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a clear vegetable capsule. Sugar free.

Directions for use: Adults and Children over 12 years old: Take 1 -2 Capsules per day or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
