Water Kefir is a fermented fizzy beverage that has a taste that can be compared to a diluted cordial or a flavoured beer. Water kefir, also known as Tibicos, is a probiotic beverage that is made by fermenting sugar & water, with special kefir grains/scoby. Unlike regular kefir, which is made from cow, sheep, or goat milk, water kefir is dairy-free. Thought to have been originated in the 1800’s, this kind of ferment has been around for ages.
Besides packing a powerful punch of probiotics, NuMeSa Water Kefir Berry & Hibisucus is a delicious fizzy drink, that has been shown to improve immunity, slow cancer cell growth and improve overall health.

Ingredients: Water, mixed berries, berry syrup (sugar, strawberries, blueberries, ariona berry, citric acid) sugar, hibiscus flower, raisins, Live Kefir cultures.
Contains: Various strains of Lactobacillus, including Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium. Tested at 15 million per ml, 1.5 billion in every 100ml serving.
