Directions to use:
Food: 1 tsb alfalfa powder can be added to smoothies, green drinks, soups and stews.
Tea: Add 1 teaspoon of Alfalfa tea in 200 boiling water. Cover & stand for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink as a regular tea.
Adults and children over 12 years old: Drink 1 cup 2 times a day.
Under 12 years old: Drink 1/2 cup 2 times a day.
