Arnica has been recognised and used as a herbal medicine in Europe and America for hundreds of years. It is well known for reducing pain related to muscle damage and joins injuries, speeding up healing and lowering inflammation.
Arnica oil is extracted from Arnica Montana plant. It can be applied topically to skin for treating arthritis, ostheoarthirois, rheumatism and Carpal Tunnel, and speeding up healing of bruises, sprains and swelling.
