Ingredients: Bones from free range chicken* (40%), vegetables (onions, leeks, celery, carrots), locally produced apple cider vinegar, garlic, thyme, parsley, turmeric, black pepper.
* Chicken free from routine antibiotics and growth hormones

• No added salt
• No preservatives
• No MSG or other flavour enhancer
• No GMOs

Directions to use: Leave to defrost at room temperature or overnight in the fridge. Flavour with salt, black pepper and/or cayenne and drink bone broth as is. Or use it to make delicious nutritious soups, casseroles, risotto, curries and sauces.
