Children’s Cold-Flu (Shang Feng Bao) is a Traditional Chinese medicine formula designed for children to Expel External Wind and Heat. This herbal supplement is best suited for fever and chills, sneezing and headache. Shang Feng Bao is recommended for the relief of cold and flu symptoms such as sneezing, headaches, stuffy nose, or watery nasal discharge. It is aimed at treating the Cold Pattern of the common cold and flu. The formula is designed to treat these symptoms and facilitate the child’s progress through this difficult time. Not appropriate for infants under 6 months.

Directions for use: Dissolve the granules in a cup of boiling water and allow to cool. Take the below indicated dose 3 (three) times a day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner:

6 months – 2 years: 1g
3-6 years: 2g
7-12 years: 3g
Each measuring spoon holds 1g.
