Crede Natural oils cold pressed Hemp Seed Oil is made from the seeds of the hemp plant (Cannabis sativa). The seeds are cold pressed to ensure that the temperature sensitive poly-unsaturated fats (Omega 3 & 6) are preserved. Hemp Seed Oil has a distinctive nutty taste and aroma and is a clear dark green colour. It has a high polyunsaturated fatty acid content with a unique content ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 of 1:3. The oil is preferably kept in fridge or in a cool space away from light, in order to preserve the healthy fatty acids.

Directions to use: Add to salad dressings, dips, smoothies, yoghurt, oats. Hemp Seed oil can also be added to soups, vegetables, fish and other warm foods.
Note: Do not heat. Hemp Seed Oil is not suitable for baking or frying. Use within 6 weeks after opening and keep refrigerated after opening.
