Methyl Sulphonyl Methane                       500mg
Magnesium Ascorbate                               50mg
Molybdenum AAC 0.2%                              1mg
Other ingredients: Pullulan capsule( plant based capsule), u-MAG®* (used as dry lubricant)
Allergies: Sulphur
