They may taste indulgent, but Nairn’s Salted Caramel Oat Biscuits actually contain 40% less sugar than other brands, and, like all their Oat Biscuits, they’re available in useful pouches of five (with four packs in a box) so keep some handy for when you need an oat-fuelled slow release energy boost.
