This extra-virgin, cold pressed Olive Oil is produced from hand picked organic olives from a selection of Italian cultivar olive trees. The organic certification is a guarantee that the olive oil is natural and the trees are grown in rich, alive soil. The trees, olives and the soil are free of pesticides, herbicides, preservatives or any other chemicals.
Blue Sky Organics Organic Cold Pressed Olive Oil is unfiltered to retain its natural goodness, which may form some sediment. The high content of natural antioxidants create the strong olive aroma and peppery aftertaste. Natural free adicity is less than 1%. 100% natural.
