Name “Hoerikwaggo” means Table Mountain in Khoisan language.
Creamed Honey is made by slowly mixing raw honey with particles of already crystallised honey at lower temperature (around 10 degrees Celcius). The mixing process traps air bubbles into the honey and the resulting creamy consistancy prevents the honey for further crystalising.
