Directions to Use

Adults: Take 2 tablets twice daily, 30 minutes before or after meals, or as directed by a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner.

Replenish Essence and Hair in TCM

Traditional Chinese Medicine views hair differently from Western dermatology.

In TCM theory, “Blood nourishes the hair”, while practitioners traditionally associate Kidney Essence with growth, development and ageing. Therefore, changes such as thinning or prematurely greying hair may form part of a broader TCM pattern involving Blood or Essence.
