Each tablet contains:
Rheum tanguticum rhizome (Da Huang)   512mg
Angelica chinensis root (Dang Gui)           256mg
Prunus armeniaca seed (Xing Ren)          128mg
Paeonia lactiflora root (Bai Shao)              128mg
Citrus sinensis fruit (Zhi Shi)                      128mg
Magnolia officinalis bark (Hou Po)             128mg

Directions to use: Adults: Take 2 (two) tablets 2 (two) times a day 30 minutes before or after meals or as directed by a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner. Discontinue therapy when it becomes effective.

Warnings: Rhubarb contains strong laxative herbs that break down the Stagnation, so it is not suitable for regular usage for those who are old, weak and have Blood Deficiency. If it is pure constipation caused by Blood Deficiency, it should not be used. Pregnant women should not use it.
