Directions for use:
Gua Sha: The Gua Sha tool is used to gently scrape the skin to produce “Sha” (bringing blood to the upper surface under the skin) which are small red dots or petechiae. It is recommended to maintain an angle of 60°. Hold the scraper with the thin part of the scraper facing your palm. Scrape for 3-5 minutes with the edge pressed to the skin of the face. Then for 3-5 minutes with the flat edge for recovery. Repeat this alternate scraping for a total time of 10 minutes. Be more gentle around the eyes, using the flat part of the Gua Sha tool.
Face Roller: Apply the moisturiser/cream/oil of your choice to the area to be rolled. A 100% natural nourishing medium is best. The roller helps to maximise the absorption of the active ingredients, making the skin more receptive to treatments. Use the roller to glide over the skin – gently pressing outward. Remember that you do not need to press hard at all – the purpose is to enhance the skin through rolling rose quartz, not to harm or stress the skin. 

Note: Avoid taking a cold bath within 30 minutes after scraping. Wait for an interval of 3-6 days between Gua Sha treatments.
Tip: drink a cup of warm water (preferably light sugar/salt water), and rest for 15-20 minutes after treatment.
