Each capsule contains:
S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe) 400mg
L-Theanine 100mg
Valerian Officinalis (Valerian root ext 10:1) 100mg
Magnesium Biglycinate (10% chelate) 50mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 10mg
Other ingredients: Hypromellose
- No artificial colourants
- No artificial flavours
- Vegetarian

- Soy Free
Directions for use: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
Warning: Do not use this product when pregnant. Not recommended for children below 12 years of age. Do not use if sensitive/ allergic to any of the ingredients.
