Each capsule contains:
Ashwagandha                       100mg
Calcium D-Pantothenate        50mg
Chromium Polynicotinate    400mcg
Liquorice Extract                     20mg
PABA                                       75mg
Panax Ginseng Extract           90mg
Rhodiola Extract                   100mg
Thiamine HCL                        25mg
other ingredients: plant based capsule

Directions to use: Take 1 to 2 capsules up to 3 times daily. Take for 6 weeks then break for 2 weeks & then repeat. Once opened, consume within a 4 to 8 week period.
