Directions to use: Add 1 teaspoon of Meadowsweet herb in 250 boiling water. Cover & stand for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink as a regular tea.
Suggested Dosage:

Under 12 years old: Drink 1/2 cup 2 times a day.
