The Bone Broth Guy broths have been cooked for a minimum of 48 hours. The ingredients are non-GMO (not genetically modified), free from MSG (added glutamate) and contain no added salt or artificial preservatives. Their Beef Asian Bone Broth is made with delicious blend of star anise, ginger, cinnamon, lime leaves, garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, turmeric and black pepper for unique Asian taste.

Ingredients: Grass fed beef marrow & joint bones (40%), vegetables (onions, leeks, celery, carrots), locally produced apple cider vinegar, star anise, ginger, cinnamon, makrut lime leaves, garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, turmeric, black pepper.

Directions to use: Leave to defrost at room temperature or overnight in the fridge. Flavour with salt, black pepper and/or cayenne and drink bone broth as is. Or use it to make delicious nutritious soups, casseroles, risotto, curries and sauces.
