Directions to use: Mix 1 teaspoon of Marshmallow Root Powder with 200ml boiling water. Cover and let it stand for 10-15 minutes. Strain and consume as normal tea.

Suggested dosage:
Adults: Drink 1 cup 2 to 3 times a day.
Under 12 years old: 1/2 cup 2 times a day.

The root may be taken for dry, hacking coughs, bronchial complaints, laryngitis. The mucilage in the root coats the irritated lining of the throat & bronchial passageways.
Considered to have anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties
May be taken to relieve cystitis & urinary inflammation.
It May be taken to alleviate stomach (gastric) & duodenal (intestinal) ulcers, gastritis, gastric inflammation
External use – May be used as a poultice or in an ointment for boils, abscesses, and skin ulcers and may be used in a lotion for psoriasis, eczema.
