Gem Squash is a vegetable growing on creeping vines plants, which are easy to grow. The dark green, round fruit of the plant is a rich source of dietary fibre, trace minerals such as Potassium, Iron and Phosphorus and vitamin C, A and B3. It can be boiled, roasted or baked and makes delicious savoury or sweet meals.
Natures Heritage Organic Gem Squash is grown without any GMOs, synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fertilisers and preservatives.
