Freshly harvested Organic Sweet Potatoes from Natures Heritage family farm. Sweet Potatoes are root vegetables similar to regular potatoes. However, their nutritional value, taste, texture and appearance are different. Sweet Potatoes originated in South America and are rich source of fibre, trace minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. They can be roasted, boiled, grilled and used is salads, stews, as a side dish and in gluten-free baking.
All Natures Heritage fresh produce products are grown without any GMOs, synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fertilisers, and no preservatives are added.
