Nowadays, Thai black rice is readily available to all, however it is only cultivated in small quantities, when compared to other variations of rice.

Ingredients: Thai black rice (100%)
Country of origin: Thailand
Directions to use: Bring two cups of water and a pinch of salt to boil over medium heat. Add 1 cup of rice. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for approx. 45 mins or until tender. Remove from heat, leave to stand for 5-10 minutes, fluff with fork and enjoy.
