Ingredients: Chia seeds, Beetroot powder (16%), Blueberry powder (14%), Hemp Seed powder (12%), pea protein powder (10%), black maca powder, baobab powder, goji berry powder (6%), carrot powder, yellow maca powder
Directions to use: Mix 1 teaspoon of Berry Beetroot Superfood Mix with juice or water, or add to smoothies, salad dressings, and dips.
Berry Chia Pudding recipe:
Add 1 heaped tablespoon of Berry Beetroot Superfood Mix to 1 cup milk of your choice and 2 tablespoons Chia seeds. Sweeten with honey or date syrup to taste. Stir well and place in the fridge to set (or overnight).
